This privacy policy applies to the website greenleafcc.org operated by Greenleaf Counseling & Consulting, LLC ("Greenleaf," "we," "our"). It describes how we handle information collected through this website only. Clinical services, including the handling of protected health information (PHI), are governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to all clients at intake.

Information we collect

The only personal information collected through this website is what you voluntarily submit via the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message.

How we use your information

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Your submission is transmitted via Microsoft Power Automate to the practice email inbox and stored only within our Microsoft 365 email system. We do not use your information for marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with any third party.

Data processing

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Contact form submissions are processed through Microsoft Power Automate and delivered to Microsoft 365 (Outlook). Microsoft acts as a data processor on our behalf under their standard data processing agreements. No other third-party services process your data.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, tracking pixels, or any other tracking technology. We do not collect any information about your browsing behavior.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained in the practice email inbox only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable recordkeeping purposes. You may request deletion of your submitted information at any time by emailing jonathan@greenleafcc.org.

Your rights

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted through this website. To make a request, email jonathan@greenleafcc.org.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors through this website.
